We currently ship within Australia only. We are unable to ship to international addresses or to parcel forwarding services.
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no extra fees at checkout.
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2–5 business days of your order. Made-to-order pieces are painted for you after you order and are usually dispatched within 2–3 weeks — we will confirm the timeline with you by email.
All orders are sent with Australia Post with tracking. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Order status page, or in My account if you have an account.
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will work with Australia Post to resolve it.
In-stock pieces can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with the hang tag attached. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return.
Made-to-order pieces are painted especially for you, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on them. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Because each piece is painted by hand, small differences in brushwork, colour and placement from the product photos are part of the work and are not considered faults.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund. We cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive and check your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method via PayPal within 5 business days. Original shipping is free, so there is nothing deducted for it.
Every COLD EYE tee is painted by hand, one at a time, on heavyweight washed cotton in an oversized, dropped-shoulder fit. No screen printing, no transfers — every piece is one of one, so brush strokes and details vary from shirt to shirt. Sold-out sizes can be painted to order. Free shipping Australia-wide.
